What is the future of western Europe without God?
Some of the haughty sneers and down-the-nose stares at us will actually be justified.
But I do not believe western Europe will be entirely without God for a long, long time. In fact, as god "dies" there, the impact felt by religion may be much, much worse.
You see the tyranny of the religious majority, or at least an echo of it, in America. The only thing worse than a religious majority believing it is a persecuted minority is actually making it a minority.
Breivik was driven by ideology more than religion, but I would be surprised if Christianity died quietly there.
A near Star Trekian utopia. Ehh. Can't be worse than the religious doofs running it.
