This Valentine's Day, why not be a little daring and try your luck? You never know - it might pay off! Simply copy and paste the following message to someone you think is so beautiful, wonderful and perfect in ever way that you're sure they'd never be interested in you!
Dearest Valentine,
"From the first moment I became aware that someone so perfect as you exists in this world, it was as though the sun had risen over my benighted life. The very air smells sweeter, and just knowing you are alive makes music sound magical.
I have never seen beauty such as yours, nor has wisdom so enthralled me as has yours. It is as though my universe was black and white, until you appeared within it and colours shone.
I know that, to you, I am but lumpen clay; a creature of no greater significance than mankind to the gods. Nevertheless, I hope each day that perhaps, just perhaps, I might one day prove worthy of you - for, were that to happen, my life would be complete and I would be content for eternity.
Yours forever, [Your Name Here]"
PS: Don't bother sending one to me; I've got thousands already.
anyone who copied and pasted ANYTHING to send to me on v-day or any other time of the year gets a reproach from me. i do not want anything copied and pasted. i'd rather have something from the heart. besides, beknighted is misspelled, gods are mentioned and the whole thing is more or less a bunch of sappy crap. no thanks.

Read to the end and you'll see it's all a joke.
PS: "Benighted" is not in fact misspelled. [collinsdictionary.com]
Yeah, could do that, ....then Kathie would give me "that" look, and want to know where her choc covered cherry's were, and I'd never live it down....she'd be like "listen to what dip-shit copied from somewhere......and was too cheap to get me my candy,....
I insist on Godiva, lol. Though the chocolate cherries are delicious!
@CarolinaGirl60 thata girl, know what you want, and when you want it. Choc covered cherrys our tradition on valentine's day for many years.
I've always wanted to work the word "lumpen" into a sentence. This could do the trick.
That's beautiful but a little much for my taste. I like romance but not that syrupy.
