**What is it with this crazy site can't personally respond to someone without a whole mess of points, I was under the impression this was a plac to eet and chat with like minded folks?!

You can get to level 2 just by filling out your profile. It’s not complicated at all. The level system helps to discourage scammers and encourage community participation

Woo Hoo, I just hit Level 4. And I did it by wasting my time with a lot of people who wanted to waste their time with me...fun day.

Yeah, short order is right...yesterday I was at 1 and look at me now I am already 3.9 Yea me! 😀

yeah you wait...level 7 is the Doldrums and level 8 is glacial in it's movement, but hey tons of fun none the less 🙂

Level 8

The early point levels are nominal. You should be able to message in very short order. I got there pretty much by reading a few posts and commenting on some. The system is in place to reduce spam.
