Worst foods to attempt to eat while breastfeeding a one week old infant...ice cream, hot wings, cheetos, soup, and from @Daphnedarling...a nice, juicy peach.

I'm working with very little sleep and these thoughts made me laugh. Add a few bad ideas of your own! I could use the comedic relief.

I once licked Mac sauce off of my nursling's head, so I say eat what you want. Babies are washable.

Also, any form of filled donut... 🙂

Wow...Moms have super powers.....

I made my ex homemade marinara with extra garlic the way she likes it a couple of weeks after the birth of our daughter. Our poor little doodle got gas really bad and turned into a poop fountain.

Overstuffed BBQ sandwich with extra sauce.

You are starting pretty young to feed your baby ice cream, hot wings, Cheetos and other crappy food. How can you ever resist when he demands chips and hamburgers 😉.

Don't do cauliflower, when I did during my nursing days I got no sleep for two days due to a very gassy baby....lol

Mango. And congrats!

Can I just say "Congratulations!" 🙂

Never mind the comedic relief, how about a lot of sleep.

Broccoli! If it flavors the taste of semen (so I’ve read) it surely would change the taste of breast milk! And might influence negatively the odor of what comes out the other end.

I learned to avoid garlic, not because of the difficulty, but because it gave my little one horrible colic.

@Donotbelieve nice dig

Anything using chopsticks. Accident waiting to happen.

Especially if it's noodles.

I dated a guy who could eat Ramen with chopsticks. It was very impressive btw.

I can eat ramen with chop sticks, among other talents.

2

Anything other than milk is pretty difficult to consume while breastfeeding.
