Sounds exactly like the UTTC powwow. Have worked hundreds of hours at that event during the last 20 years.

If you ever get a chance to go to the PowWow in Taos NM. It is a great setting at the feet of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. I grew up in Oklahoma where there are more Native Americans than any other state, and the PowWow in Taos is the best I have seen. PowWows are a great tradition.
