Ok the tattoo is just stupid. And yes the ash can come off and is a personal adherence to a cultural ritual from the 11th century. The tattoo is just...stupid. And badly drawn.

Almost similar things? Not even close.
I have never seen anyone wearing ashes to work,
and no way in hell would i hire someone stupid enough to have a face tattoo.

Come to Texas, Mississippi and you will see it everywhere, especially in government offices.
