If more water evaporates into the atmosphere, it must come back as rain or snow.

It doesn't get any simpler than that.

@Elganned would you guys stop reading the propaganda and think for yourselves? Water evaporation is a well understood process. The water evaporates mostly from the oceans then gets carried over land in the form of clouds. When prevailing winds blow the clouds over higher altitudes, they have to give up water in the form of rain. All of that happens whether the CO2 is 280ppm or 400ppm. None of those processes will change if the earth becomes 1C or 2C warmer. Weather patterns and rainfall patterns have been slowly changing for hundreds of millions of years. That will continue to be the case. If earth becomes 1C or 2C warmer, we will see more evaporation, and more rain. There will be some variation for where the rain falls (just like there has been for the past few hundred million years).

@Elganned Here's your science for you. Al Gore said there was a 75% chance the polar ice caps were going to be gone in the summer of 2014. The polar ice caps were doing just fine in the summer of 2018. You don't fall for the fire and brimstone bullshit being sold by the church. Why are you falling for the fire and brimstone bullshit of Al Gore?
