Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Unfortunately in 1980's a philosophy creeped into our social culture that believed that, "it's only a crime if you get caught.". This philosophy was always present, but never so prevalent as it has become since the Reagan years. Its now mainstream in our politicians.
