I've said to many NRA types, tell you what, I'll go back to the 60's gun laws, but remember back then so called tragic accidents didn't go unpunished - someone got fined or went to jail, even parents (usually fined). But, nay, no one wants responsibility. And, if you shot someone you had better have had a damn good excuse.
