So the Mueller report has been delivered.
And no new indictments it seems.

To me, this raises an interesting series of questions about what truth we accept into our own lives:

Will trump detractors accept the report at face value and exonorate Trump or will they conclude that Mueller is wrong?

On the converse, had the report indicted Trump, would trump supporters have denied the reports and condemned Mueller of a witch hunt or would they accept that their idol is flawed?

I bring this up because I think that evaluateing ourselves, indivdually, in light of this report can inform us, individually, about our own personal biases.

You question whether or not people will take the Mueller Report "at face value" and exonorate Trump. But Mueller, in his report says specifically that "this is NOT an exonoration of Trump". And the 4 page summary by Barr of a 2 year 400 page investigation report is laughable....particularly since Trump fired his A.G. for lack of personal loyalty to the prez, and then replaced him with someone who is on record as saying that a president is untouchable. As of now the Mueller report has NOT been released. It is being concealed by the A.G.

People forget that the purpose of this was to see if there was Russian collusion with the campaign and nothing else. I think a lot of people rolled in the other things they hate about Trump into their hopes for the investigation and are going to be disappointed when nothing comes out.

Let's face it, Trump is a jerk and a slob, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was no collusion with Russia. Remember why he ran for office. He never wanted to win!

No indictments by Mueller. He is a strict practioner and stated early on that he does not believe that a sitting president can be indicted as per DOJ unofficial policy. This does not mean that Mueller has not outlined chargable offences, but left it up to other agencies to pursue.

Mueller is not recommending additional indictments in the Russian tampering investigations, but there may be further indictments from other independent counsels down the line based upon the evidence which Mueller and his team have gathered.

The release of the Mueller report is just the beginning. Still a long way to go.

First, a sitting president cannot be indicted and that was never on the table. Only Congress can impeach. Both sides will play the highlights, so to speak. Too many "tRump detractors " expected too much. This has already shown what the administration is, especially with over 30 indictments and at least 12 inner circle associates going down. No logical and person of intelligence can honestly say this administration is a clean political machine.
