I like spiritual but not sure how best to describe it. I think of people helping others is extremely important. What I feel inside.

Helping people is a noble and decent thing to do, but I would call that spiritual, I would call it ethical or honorable. The feeling you get inside is a sense of dignity and satisfaction.
