Here in Indiana the Republican Party(white nationalist) is pushing a bill thru the senate that would eliminate any Hate law protections for age, gender, or gender Idenity. Once they get that and they being the party of god have for years have wanted Christianity to be the state religion that could force all people to take a loyality oath. being an atheist or an agnostic (I'm a liberal to} could mean I didn't or wouldn't believe in something unseen or man made. I would say to the Hankster throw another log on the fire.

Free speech is the only way to stop the fascism purposed by the left and the right.

The concepts of "hate speech" and "hate laws" are counterproductive. These concepts lead to loyalty oaths. Just witness your post. You have stated a criteria for such oaths.

They don't want any restrictions on what they think is their right on who they are allowed to hate, and they want to hate everyone equally lol

It's like the baker that discriminates on gay couples because they feel it's their right to religious beliefs and to associate with whoever they want or not, but then they feel like it's tyrannical for the government to force them to not discriminate lol. So they like discrimination when it suits them, but feel they are being discriminated against on the other hand.
