When you are below the poverty line and poor, and it seems like there is no way out one takes some desperate chances.. Financially it doesn't make sense to you and me who are not struggling at the level.

But those families who know they do not have any ither way to rise above, it seems a risk worth taking. They don't really believe they'll win, but when you have nothing else to look forward too, the off chance that you might get lucky is appealing and comforting.

So instead of finding fault with peolle who are struggling, why don't you do something to help those in need. I would be willing to bet that you don't give to anybody but yourself. Never have and never will. Instead you look for opportunity to find people less fortunate than yoursrlf and dump on them. First rate individual aren't you. Our previous encounters have drmonstrated this.
