Nothing to learn. You have to just make time to sit still and be quiet for 20 minutes. It's a matter of drive and focus.

Counting your pulse.
Not napping...but working on leaving your thoughts behind...for 20 minutes.

I meditate twice a day...best stress relief for my busy mind to let go...stress ages you and causes your body to create bad things...I have been practicing TM for 40 years now...
