OMFG!! How true!! Here at this apartment complex where I live I see it all the time. Too much sugar, cookies, cake and white bread (and they say they want to lose weight) A low blood sugar reading is an excuse to eat more cookies or cake many diabetics in this complex.

Small lifestyle changes seem so much easier...sadly, people are told it is "all" or nothing...a tiny change can lead to bigger changes when there is success...

Oh, but, there is no way to make money in wellness...oh yes there is...look at the rising number of "healthy" apps that are springing up and sponsored...

There are very few big companies promoting lifestyle change. There is a massive, highly profitable, industry promoting medicines....and if you get people on a 'tablets for life' routine it is far more profitable than curing them.

I see the guy on the right is getting a good education, that is one positive. The rest on the left are just a bunch of bloopers in the eye of nature.

Ah... but lifestyle change is SOOO much more difficult than running to the doc for a quick fix.

This is something I'll never understand.

There are so few things we can control in life, but what we eat and how much we move are things we can control. And, it feels better to be healthy too.

So true. Everyone is looking for easy fixes. One pill cures all. Nobody wants to do the work that it takes.
