Is there a word for the feeling that you're not particularly good at something or the other, but, apparently nobody can compete with you at all? Just a random example, "okay, I can do basic math in my head, but anyone can do that. It's not that special." But then it turns out nobody can do that. And they all look at you like you're some kind of freak cause you can do something seemingly mundane in your mind?
