some mornings i'll have a poached egg on toast with cheez whiz & sardines with mustard & tabasco.
also like a slice of toast with garlic herb philly cheese & chunky marmalade.
For breakfast I have freshly ground wheat that I get at a feed store. With it I have a tsp. of sugar, a tbs. of peanut butter, a few almonds, some raisins, and some almond milk. I alternate wheat and oatmeal. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper than that boxed cereal stuff, and probably healthier.
Turkey slices wrapped around a dill pickle, dipped in coarse ground mustard
If I considered it to be too strange or some sort of a taboo, I may not do it. So long as it tastes good, I can eat anything for any meal, it's all nourishment for the body anyway, right? If I want to mix some dill relish with strawberries or cherries and whipped cream, why not? Once I saw a guy eating chocolate ice cream with potato chips!
Breakfast: One cup of cheerios (dry) & a cup of coffee (black, at room temperature)
"I didn't know you can do that!" I said in my 20s, watching Patricia pour two types of cereal into her bowl. We looked at each other and laughed.
Chunky peanut butter spread on a banana.
Medjool dates stuffed with roasted almonds.
a can of tunna, some cheese, one egg, some flour, mix all put on a hot iron like a burger.
Write that up as a recipe? I might try it.
these sounds great...I am going to try it with almond flour...
@thinktwice add some spices also, depends the cheese you use (i use cottage mostly or any cheese I can turn into tiny bits).
Flour is not necessary the cheese egg and tunna is enough to form a burger, flour will only make it more resistant.
@Pedrohbds good...I don't eat carbs and am always looking for fast ideas...thanks!
@thinktwice aaah remember to drain well the water/oil from the tunna also XD.
@Pedrohbds lol glad you said that...I am not a cook at all...I use tuna in oil and that would have been a mess! ha ha
