This is the document, authenticated, that throws serious doubt on the narrative that Assad carried out a chemical attack in Douma in Syria.
The UK, US and France attacked Syria with 51 odd missiles.
The two other pernament members of the UN Security Council China and Russia, wanted a completed investigation before any attack, the document linked.
The attack was justified by UN resolutions being broken; a chemical attack by Assad's forces.

Now this is serious. The UN security council failed to stop an unjustified attack on a soverign nation. Even more serious is 3 out of 5 members carried out the attack.
In the UN's name no less!
What are the other 180 odd nations to do with these 3 to remain united? Or do we let them have their way?
