Atheist note;
I was just sitting in a break room and CNN was on the tv showing a report about the tornado damage in Ohio. I made a few comments about it to another guy sitting in there and he says; "Ain't it amazing what the hand of god can do?" I was like "what the...?" And immediately put him on ignore
I swear it's like talking to children..

Comments like that always spark questions for me and i just start asking them, such as why would god pick on those guys? How would this situation be different if there was no god involved - would we just not have weather? Etc... you get the idea.

They never seem worried about the folks who did die ! Could not god stretch out his mighty hand and thump the tornado away from people ?
