There's a lovely lake at the foot of Montorfano (near Como), which has a lido, where we go with the Italian branch of our family every August. I've been known to consume vast amounts of Chinotto there. (Have you ever tried it? It's a non-alcoholic drink based of bitter oranges.)

Haven't tried chinotto yet. I'll keep it in mind if I ever get the opportunity. 
@BestWithoutGods It's available almost everywhere. Remamber to pronounce it like "Kin Otto".
