The mentality is that of the school yard bully, be it the insecure psychopath who takes joy in his or her power over others especially those unable to fight back in order to feel their life has meaning or the pure sadist feeding on the Psychosexual need for emotional release that comes only from inflicting pain and humiliation of others.
We test those who whould work with children for signs of abusive tendencies, we do not let perverts near children or schools, perhaps it is time to keep deviants away from institutions in which they seek employment for the opportunity to indulge their equally dangerous cruel tendencies.
