It is early I realize this , however , I am really liking Elizabeth Warren. Her ideas are real and viable. For me I would love to see Mayor Pete as VP
Thoughts.
Elizabeth grabbed me (metaphorically speaking) before she’d entered politics. Any more, I see her as too easily targeted and labeled as an.. extream liberal feminist… Sad to say. She both looks and sounds the part, even my mother agrees …a liberal feminist..
Honesty, I’m waiting for ‘the debates.’ And, am not overly impressed with any of ‘our candidates.’ Hell - you or I would be better presidents than what’s in there now, but to win over the so-called independants… I hope we’ve more to offer than the current frontrunners
I think we, the democrats have an outstanding line up. A lot of talent. Such as Harris which I really like also. But Warren is impressing us daily with her depth of knowledge. She has real viable plans.
@EMC2 What I’ve noticed ..is what it takes to woo base Democrats is competence. What it takes to put us over the top nationally is personality and charisma… I’ve watched many a far better informed, aware and qualified presidential candidate ignored in the General ..in favor of some ‘good buddy’ Republican that’s ..as dumb as a stump. It’s sad we’d pick a president cuz we’d like to ‘have a beer with’ him/ her, but that’s where this troubled nation sits..
I’m only familiar with our front-runners at the moment, not wanting or willing to invest time into a fading attempt.. But as mentioned, uninspired by ...all three (including the one that’s not even a Democrat) ~
