@bobwjr I have a problem with that claimof the effect of FGM. The clitoris is merely the tip of the iceberg the nerve strucure extends deeply around the pelvic girdle and can be stimulated from many places not just the clitoris and labia. Think G Spot, vaginal and anal wall stimulation.

@Amisja you are correct! When I first heard about FGM was when I had to shave and prep a young woman for open heart surgery, shave front and back completely. She was from Chad and no one warned me about what I would see. Everything had been cut off, scars from large sutures closing up everything but a small hole. They had to catherize her from the outside. It was a horrific mass of scar tissue. She was so embarrassed and I tried to calm her down. I've never forgotten her face so frightened and ashamed.
