Ironically, he's right. FB and Google DO have a political bias. Faked News (meaning altered in some way)... which they know about let it stay up anyway. Conspiracy theories, which their algorithms only lead you deeper into the hole. Outright liars like Alex Jones, whom it took an incredible amount of consumer pressure to even get them to take action on that.

They have a bias, but it's Right-Wing racism and white nationalism.

It is certainly an interesting time that we live in.. FB , YouTube and the likes COULD have a great power to sway popular opinion if they wanted to ( and maybe they do? ) . How to regulate, monitor and enforce that would indeed be a complicated task. Even if they were blatantly biased in any particular way it is not as if the public is required to use their services or that they have some obligation to adhere to standards. It is kinda like saying sue a taco shop for not having a diverse multi cultural menu and that is bias against lactose intolerant people.
