I don't live in Oregon I'm not certain of how the bill reads but I do know that if I was to walk off of my job I would no longer have a job! no benefits nothing! And I thought putting a bill up for a vote is just that, the vote. It is either passes or fails.

They did their jobs. Leaving the state got the Democrats to actually read their insane bill, realize the long-term impact of that crazy legislation, listen to what the voters were telling them, and stop supporting passing the bill. The 11 Republicans are heroes.
