Everytime something bad happen, xtians say it's all part of gods plan. when good happens, they praise him, but don't ask him why these bad things happen, because the author-less book says, no questions, just believe and worship him and praise him even for the bad days.
That video means law and order when it suits them. The law in general has become part of the ills in society.
