Debate: Buried or Cremated and why?
That's for my survivors to decide. I won't care. I'll be dead.
I hope for the third option of being composted and returned to the earth via gardens or maybe a tree.
Eaten, by wolves, in wood buffalo park, Canada - where I will go to die
Cremated. I don't want to be resurrected at the second coming.
I hope by the time I die, being buried right in the ground would be legal where I live. If not, I have already made arrangements to be cremated. I really don't care what happens to the ashes. Mix them with all of the other ashes so I can have some company .
Cremated and I want to rolled up and smoked along with putting the rest of me in the ocean to feed the many fish that fed me.
@IAJO163 I can't believe you have to have some sort of permit to have your ashes tossed in the ocean...lots of people making money on the business of dying...pfttt...we just took my sister's FIL on a fishing trip with us and oops...he fell overboard (his ashes, I mean... )
Body to science (medical school - not the chop labs), then cremated. Why - help out science and most burials anymore insist on concrete vaults; just let me rot and that would be fine.
Scientifically I'd be a sci-fi horror movie in a lab. lol.
