This was regarding the Feb. 2018 case - not the current case.

This is the second time this man is being prosecuted so this time it might add more time. (Life Sentence for someone of his age).

The Snopes link refers to the first case - not this second one.

I think they'll bury him. He's already going down on the first charges. (With a plea deal).

It's really sad that I just pretty much expect this kind of headline now. I expect Trump sooner or later to go out and shoot someone on 5th Ave just to test out his campaign boast. (I hope he picks Guiliani...)
