Detroit, my summer travel destination, has been a wonderful surprise. The city is undergoing tremendous transformation and the residents I've spoken to have seen that as a good thing for the city.

This is really good news. Headed to Detroit on Labor Day weekend for Jazz Fest. It's been a few years since I've been there, so I'm really looking forward to everything new.
