Same with driving, a bad boss, or whatever. I pretend to have a rocket launcher in the front grill of my car. I press an imaginary button on the dashboard, the front grill opens and a rocket destroyers some random car that is driving badly... There are 1000's of imaginary burning wrecks all over my city. Then I let it go. (got the rocket launcher idea from the old TV show "The Green Hornet" )

I agree limiting the amount of news you watch will help. I find him and his followers repulsive. I cannot believe that America appears to be Redneck Nation. The upcoming election worries me as well .The fact that we still have the Electoral College worries me as well. It is possible for him to lose the popular vote by over 5 million and still win the presidency. Last election he lost by a little over three million.
