Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Where were those priests and nuns during the Obama administration? There’s hardly any difference in immigration policies under Trump. The only difference is that the Big T has a bigger mouth.
On a related subject, Obama ran the first time in opposition to gay marriage. Where were all the hate mongers and demonizers with their yowling and howling back then?

That is a good point. I didn't really pay any attention to US politics until Trump took the reins. As you say, just the loudest voice.
@Allamanda There might be differences in the measures taken but in sheer numbers the Obama administration deported far more immigrants.
@Allamanda I think it is because Trump goes on about things in a way designed to provoke negative reactions. The press has some people whipped up into a frenzy of disgust and hatred toward Trump but those tactics are bound to backfire.
