Mueller's Testimony Revealed the Conspiracy-Theory-Driven State of American Politics

........................................................................................................................
"Each political party is accusing the other of committing treason ... The country is locked in an endlessly escalating political arms race—often based on conspiracy theories—that will intensify through 2020 ... On Wednesday, Mueller failed to ease that division." ........................................................................................................................
How do you think the 2020 election be decisive for either 'Rethuglicans' or 'Democats' based on conspiracy?

Watch the documentary:

"The Great Hack"

On Netflix now!

If you want to know what is about to transpire which is actually going down as we speak watch it!

We are being played wholesale!!

It is really simple the republicans were willing to pay any price to play big time to win!!

The Democrats rested on their laurels!

1

Well, only one person was called unpatriotic yesterday, and that was Trump.

2

It all depends on how the democratic primaries turn out. A good candidate would put the focus back on the many problems that need to be solved in the US while a bad candidate with no message on his own would rely more on those "conspiracies".

I agree with your understanding of the American Presidential candidate possibilities. It should be that simple, but there is so much corruption. We can only hope here.

It seems to me that both will win or both will lose in the long run. I say that not out of disgust for the person, Trump, (whom I do despise,) but out of disenchantment toward the US - a country that can elect a pervert like Trump. It shows that the average voter does not care about the morality of their leader and is oblivious to the stupidity of their leader. The US has already lost a great deal of respect and gained a great deal of hate from the rest of the world. Where will this lead? Your guess is as good as mine.

All empires -- regardless of size and power -- will eventually fall. The Romans, the Egyptians, the Greeks, they all reigned supreme for awhile and they all fell. It's the natural course of things once the rot from the inside has advanced far enough.

Trump and the Rs are an advancing and unchecked rot.Maybe it's just inevitable.

Well, I hope only they fall, and not everyone else in America.

@AnonySchmoose However it plays out, America needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. It's too far gone for any easy and simple fixes.

The man didn't have a clue who Fusion GPS is.. 😂😆🤣😄😜 I'll just stop there. I don't want to rub it in too much.. 😎👌

@Ms_McSteven You must be privy to some info I haven't seen. What exactly was used to get the warrants?

@Ms_McSteven Ummm... no, that's talking about firing Comey, not getting the FISA warrants..
Sense you like Wiki, here's their take on it.

Trump dossier and Christopher Steele
Main article: Trump–Russia dossier

In September 2015, Fusion GPS was hired by The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative political website, to do opposition research on Trump and other Republican presidential candidates. In spring 2016 when Trump had emerged as the probable Republican candidate, the Free Beacon stopped funding investigation into Trump.[28] From April 2016 through October 2016, the law firm Perkins Coie, on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, retained Fusion GPS to continue opposition research on Trump.[29][30][31] In June 2016, Fusion GPS retained Christopher Steele, a private British corporate intelligence investigator and former MI-6 agent, to research any Russian connections to Trump. Steele produced a 35-page series of memos from June to December 2016, which became the document known as the Donald Trump–Russia dossier.[29][32] Fusion GPS provided Marc Elias, the lead election lawyer for Perkins Coie, with the resulting dossier and other research documents.[30][31]

@Ms_McSteven Nope.. Sorry, wrong again. Your own left wing affiliate NBC provides the timeline here for you.

Feel free to get back to this at your leisure. I'm not trying to argue, just wanting to get to the facts.

Ugh...

I wish I could go to sleep until this election and political nightmare are over, wake up to a Bernie presidency in 2020 and not look a day older.

@dan325

I don't like many of the candidates, but Warren would more than do. I reeeeally dislike Biden, but I would take him over Trump.
"Anyone but Trump" will be a problem if it's applied while choosing the democratic candidate. There is likely only one 1 person who can beat Trump.

Bernie.
👍

@dan325

You don't think either would accept VP? Interesting. I hadn't considered it.

I thought Bernie would ask Tulsi to run as VP.
He wants someone much younger by his side.

I voted in 2016 for the Democratic candidate and will vote in 2020 for the Democratic candidate and will live with the outcome as I am doing now. That is about all one can do as a voter in 'merca.

One of my friends had this comment. I though it was good.

I watched a large part of the Mueller hearing so I was able to formulate my own take on it without being influenced by how others saw it.

Then I watched MSNBC’s reporting of what the Democratic leadership made of it. Then I watched their reporting of what the Republican leadership made of it.

I have known for years that people viewing the same incident or event could process it through their particular lens and come up with radically different takes but I wasn’t prepared for just how completely different our parties are seeing today’s hearing.

This goes beyond my comprehension. Neither party is seeing the other party’s genuine perspective at all. It goes beyond party loyalty and values. It is like people are wearing some kind of weird virtual reality helmets that have a filter that only allows them to see what was programmed for them to see. People are certainly only hearing what they want to hear and are totally discounting what doesn’t fit their conclusions. I see absolutely no common ground.

I am at a total loss as to how Congress is going to be able to effectively legislate anything at all in this climate. I will continue to watch this sh**show to see how things roll out in much the same way I’d watch a suspenseful movie. I have no clue how this will turn out in the end. I can’t believe I’m having to live through this.

You hit the nail on the head! 👊

It hard to say at the moment. The really big guns haven't been brought out yet. I expect tRump and the tRumpthuglicans will be really dirty. More than just disgusting. I am hoping the Dems will play hard ball. We shall just have to wait, but an impeachment proceeding is still on the table. I listened to Nancy Pelosi tonight. She laid out the strategies pretty clearly. To make an overwhelming case against tRump in such a way that if they refuse to convict, they will look really, really bad. tRumpthuglicans are organized crime by any definition.

Since when to repugs care how they look? All they care about is getting their way. No matter the cost to our country 😟

3

It went as expected. Drumpf screaming Mueller is a liar. Dems praising him. We are at a stalemate. The best we can hope for is some undecided repugs took notice.

There are no undecided Republicans. They don’t have the balls to wander outside much less off the property.

2

I think Chump has a good chance of winning in 2020. Sad

3

Democrats prove republicans deny and hide lie deflect
