@StarvingArtist thanks. We've got time to look and a good agent, so we shouldn't have any problems finding something.
I think it depends on what you want. We’ve gone through both phases of renting an opening. Did vantage of owning is that you can do what the heck you want. Most of the time that’s what we want, why is happy to tear down walls and doors. We also enjoyed the freedom of renting with no worry I’m just calling someone every time there is a problem
