Luckily for us, he's so incompetent that he doesn't really ACT! His idea seems to be to let others do it, unless it makes HIM look good....in which case, he'll wave signed bills in front of a camera and think he's hot stuff. (Reminds me of ...."He put in his thumb and pulled out a plum and said, "What a good boy am I!" )

It is probably a good thing he really doesn't do much. It is probably good that he tweets most of his thoughts. If he were really smart and kept his mouth shut, think of the shit he could and would do.

Fortunately, he’s extremely lazy, and he doesn't play well with others. He’s turned the Executive Branch over to his dwindling crew of sycophants and extremists. His moves are governed by talking-head extremists who represent US Industry, US Religious institutions and what’s left of the so-called Tea Party. They guide his court appointments, legislative agenda and re-election campaign.
