well, yeah, if the other party wants to be touched, and there is also the caveat that that other party has to want to be touched by YOU. i remember once i was on my way to group therapy (which didn't work out so well) and, being early, i stopped in a drugstore and perused the magazine rack. while i was so occupied, some guy stroked my butt as he walked by. he was gone before i could even protest. i mentioned it in group and one of the other clients said, "but doesn't it feel good to be touched?" i responded, "it feels good if someone touches your penis, right?" he nodded. "how about if a fly lands on it? does that feel good?" he had no response. wanted touch from the right person is wonderful and necessary, and need not be sexual of course. unwanted touch is the opposite of wonderful even if it's not sexual.
