Jehovah's Witnesses stopped by yesterday as I was working on own place for change. There was "Barry" (nice tie Bare!) , 2 stayed in the van and the pretty young lady to get my attention.

To connect with me, they immediately went after technology. They must have assumed that I dislike technology? IDK, but that was the opening "gotcha"! According to none other than "Barry", technology has been the tool of Satan since, well...forever. "Barry" does not hold back!
My unanswered question to them was " are we supposed to live in caves and eat berries?" ( I left the Taliban out of the equation.). I was simply given a dramatic BuyBull verse reading instead.

It was the usual give and take. All of us pleasing personalities just relaxing on my porch. The JW Babe did take note of my fine sturdy GodLess son. He's done quite well without being lied to Lady...and he knows it and appreciates it. And he was listening oh so closely to Dad's conversation with his new friend "Barry".

After they left, my son and I made note of their Anti Technology rant. They drove a late model car. ( no walking for these Luddites!) Left me with JW.com printed on their business card. And ....the topper of course, was that The Babe had the buybull downloaded onto her smartphone.
