So you're telling me within a few months of winning this lawsuit, Hispanic workers from the same plant in Mississippi were specifically targeted by ICE raids? Seems like a hell of a coincidence.

I don't understand Cheryl. They would not be the same workers and in addition a consent degree was ordered against the employer. I mean are you suggesting some type of retaliation by the employer? It seems like he would be shooting himself in the foot. He would be losing his workers and subjecting himself to further prosecution. It looks to me like he is ignoring the decree so the government is going out for him again.

@SaucyCheryl so the same workers stayed after winning their lawsuit? I thought they would have taken the money and run. It must be really uncomfortable at work after you sue your boss!

@SaucyCheryl yes I'm sure they will appeal.
