Curious to know what book you last read, what movie you last saw, do you like to cook, what is your favorite past time.
The last book I read cover to cover was Jordan Peterson's mildly disappointing "12 Rules for Life". He's a really smart man... about some things.
The last movie I saw in a theatre was either "Three Billboards..." or "Darkest Hour". Both pretty good I thought. I don't get out much.
I like cooking well enough.. well, not well enough to actually do it, but well enough.
Sailing is more than a pastime for me. It's more like a religion (pardon my language).
As I am mostly on my back recouping from spine surgery, been doing a bit of reading. Currently reading Epitaph by Mary Russel. I enjoy Science News, The Week, Anthropology, and Materials journals and several other publications. Just watched the movie, Padmaavati. Which is causing a big stir in India right now. I love to cook, particularly Hungarian, and dancing is my favorite pastime.
Last book was mother dearest about a really evil mother, tomb raider I watched the other night, im a good cook but don't feel that inspired living alone. I like drawing, sculpture, DIY and mostly punchy music and I hate conforming
Still reading "GEB: an Eternal Golden Braid," recently finished "Dinosaurs Without Bones." Movie? Currently semi-watching "Into the Universe With Stephen Hawking," if that counts. I cook all the time, with Celiac Disease and multiple food allergies, I don't have much choice, but I grew up cooking.
Favorite pastimes include spending time with my cats, reading, listening to music (currently addicted to Assemblage 23 and Android Lust), and gardening.
