In the oilfield, they say getting to work is the most dangerous part of the day.
This morning proved it.
There were no serious injuries when the truck I was riding in turned left, across a 70 mile an hour, four lane highway. The driver didn’t see the oncoming truck. He got far enough through the intersection that we avoided being T-boned, but the goose neck trailer we were towing didn’t fare so well.
The driver of the truck that hit our trailer was shaken up, and went to the hospital to be on the safe side.
Wear your seatbelt and be careful!
