When regulations are rolled back on big business, something always goes wrong. Imagine what these states would do after natural disasters without federal aid. small government IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE 21ST CENTURY!!! If we were a nation of dirt farmers riding to town in a buggy for supplies, yeah we could have small government, but WE AIN'T!!!
