Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It is hard to celebrate literacy if that same ability is not coupled with an openness to thought. YES, literacy can lead and is needed to lead to open thought. However, some of the most mind controlled nations have very high literacy rates. The U.S. has a weak rate, and here being a more open place literacy could help bring people to more knowledge.
