Bad spelling makes text hard to read. It also makes it hard to understand the meaning. How did we learn to read? We learned to understand individual words. Shit man, if you can't take the trouble to spell then I won't take the trouble to read.

either way .... doesn't make you a good or bad person

Typos are one thing.... Poor spelling and grammar are another. But I don't constantly point them out.

It states that people who judge spelling mistakes are jerks. Who's judging whom?

How about people who appreciate good spelling and grammar, continue doing so, and those who don't can continue defending their bad spelling?

It’s one thing if it’s a random typo or error but when it’s constant, it’s annoying and sloppy and shows a lack of self respect when spellcheck is available.
