I think insomnia has found me again. So annoying. Lots of work to catch up on tomorrow since I have been out sick. No time to be tired.
I am sorry that sleep has evaded you. I have been having trouble staying asleep, waking every hour or two. I am exhausted during the day and have made some errors in judgement because of this. I will be talking with my doc next week to see what can be done.
That's what I am afraid of! I have some important deadlines to meet and if I am too tired I could make a mistake. And you have not been posting your articles?
Have you ever tried Essential oils? I use a combination of Lavender, Cedarwood, and Roman Chamomile in a carrier oil, I like Avocado oil. In a 5 mil roller bottle I put 5 drops of each oil, then fill with the Avocado oil. Roll on both wrists, the bottom of your feet and on the back of your neck. Rub it in well. When I have to much on my mind and can't relax to get to sleep this formula helps me.
