So if Trump is removed from office, and takes Pence down with him..

Do we then have President Nancy Pelosi running against the democratic nominee?

I doubt that will happen. But if it did, Pelosi would simply serve out the rest of Trump's term. If she decided to run for POTUS , she would simply join the ranks of the other Democratic contenders.

I think everyone missed your point. The answer would be... possibly. But I doubt she would run. The point is moot however... Impeachment is a slow process and most likely won't be finished by election day.

Yes, and I really don't think Trump will be removed let alone Pence. I have been seeing the President Pelosi Memes lately though..

@MsAl To tell the truth... I'd rather have her than just about anyone else at this point.

I thought impeaching trump would leave Pence as president, which is also bad.

Pelosi is third in the line of succession. Pence would have to resign, die or be impeached.

@EdEarl He was dragging Pence into this Ukrain thing yesterday. I've always assumed he might have dirt on Pence and that's why he chose him. He likes control, and Pence.was in hot water when he orginally became the nominee.

If Trump does go down it is going to be screaming, kicking and throwing blame at everyone else. He will take down every person he can.
