Rarely have I ever paid for water. An occasional public event and even then I will drink from a bubbler (water fountain for those not living in or near Wisconsin). Fortunate enough to live in places with good tap water. In fact I still drink from the garden hose on occasion.

I thought it was weird as well. Terrorist attack, or shitty standards? For those that don't know, that is the main ingredient in mouse and rat poison.
