We have less than 200 troops with the Kurds in Syria. They are logistics and training. We've lost 5 people fighting Daesh there; the Kurds have lost 11k. There are 60k Kurds, Christian Syrians, and other fighters. Erdogan wants us out so he doesn't kill any Americans. There are an estimated 80k displaced Daesh fighters and family members who will quickly fill any void if the Kurds must protect themselves. I wonder in the evangelicals know how many xtions the Kurds have saved - ah, WTF was I thinking, they're Mideast brown. I did see (neither side expects this to happen) that the Syrian government offered to let the Kurds join them (with the Russians and Iranians). Honestly, I wish they would say yes, if you keep the Turks out.
