Australian blogger Shane Dowling has just made the following post on the day before the Australian High Court hands down its decisions on three cases that he has brought to the court hoping for justice and precedent for all Australians faced with the problems that he perceives of wealthy litigants being able to subvert the course of justice with SLAPP suits and other tactics explained in his blog.
