We must spread the word far and wide that the “deep state” is a malevolent fiction created to enable the spread of corruption, authoritarian government, and white supremacy. Most Americans believe in the concept of law and order (although the term means different things to different people). The instruments of law and order at the federal level are the FBI, and our national intelligence and security agencies. Those are aided by loyal federal employees whose belief in constitutional democracy bolsters our lawful government.
The term “deep state” was created to discredit and impugn and discredit those agencies and those loyal government employees so that true law and order under a constitutional democracy would be immobilized. The intent was to enable the spread of corruption and unconstitutional authoritarian government. Any person who has bought into the idea of the “deep state” is a witting or unwitting traitor to all of the principles of our constitutional democracy and is enabling the loss of real law and order. .

Things didn't go the way you thought they should? It's the Deep State. Your candidate didn't win? Deep State. This is the latest permutation in the conspiracy theories that have gripped both sides since our nation's founding.

I understand this that you are saying. And I recognize the viciousness of a president's condemnation against the agencies which protect us. It can only signify an attempt at totalitarian overthrow of a nation.

No, I believe Deep State exists in all countries. There always counter philosophies in a society and some take their passions too far. I believe that about Peter Strzok and Lisa Page in Washington.

To me, the two were patriots trying to protect the country from both the Russians and a man they knew from evidence to be evil.

Neither of them were whistle-blowers, they were assigned to the Mueller investigation. That's all. For that matter, Strzok suggested a special counsel to look into Hilary and disliked Eric Holder, evidently.
I would hate for anyone to look into my text messages. They would probably conclude I'm an operative for the Reptilicans from Pleiades VII.

He never "worked against the administration." An independent counsel was assigned by the Justice Department, and he was part of that investigation. Unless you consider James Comey "unpatriotic" as well, for looking into Trump's collusion with Russia and the Russian influence in the 2016 election. (The former was not shown, the latter was proved.)
What is your standard for patriotism? Unquestioning loyalty to the President? In that case, I have to say, your comments about President Obama are extremely unpatriotic, as he was the duly elected President for 2 terms (and won the popular vote both times, arguably a more legitimate President than the current occupant).
You seem to have a quite blatant double standard. Republicans who criticize Democrats are patriotic defenders of the nation, but Democrats who criticize Republicans are traitors who are undermining from within. You can't have it both ways.

The issue here is not patriotism. The issue here is the integrity of a government employee. If you want to do the right thing, follow the process, notify your boss to do it OR be a whistle-blower. But do not stay inside and quietly work to discredit the democratically elected leadership.
