Asking if the civil war counts is a question of little confidence. No, it doesn't count because that was a fight over slavery, not anything else. Essentially a tantrum that people were conned into doing on the southern side. It's textbook of how people fall for anything because they want it be real despite reality handing them a fecal sandwich opposing that desire.
