Forcing my self to stay awake until 10:30. I have been waking up at 5 and want to stop that! Watching baseball and planning my birthday trip. Fun and exciting life that I lead )

I have the same wake up problems that you do. I get up at 6 AM anyway but I am always waking up. I think it is anxiety but I do not want any meds for anxiety. I have to know what is going on and do not want to be knocked out.

It may help when DST ends on November 3rd... Personally I love getting up early. I am normally up around 6am and I start my day by going over work reports... Then checking this place out.
Yes that is what I have started to do. Instead of laying there trying to go back to sleep.
